Conclusion The hypopsia after cataract surgery in the senile patients aged over 60 were mainly caused by keratopaphy, optic nerve atrophy and macularpathy of high myopia.

结论角膜病变、视神经萎缩及高度近视黄斑病变是导致60岁以上老年人白内障术后低视力的主要原因。

Results There were 10 patients who underwent plastic and aesthetic surgery had developed severe complications which included blindness in 5 cases and hypopsia in another 5 cases.

结果10例行眼睑及眶周整形美容手术的患者发生了视力下降或失明的严重并发症。其中5例失明,5例视力下降。
