Objective:To investigate the treatment of cystis vesiculae seminalis induced by the obstruction of the distal end of the ejaculatory duct.

Method A new procedure low sigmental-cystectmy which includes resection of the trigone of bladder, prostate, vesicula seminalis, extremity of ureter, was performed on 8 patients aged 28 to 57 years.

方法以切除包括膀胱三角区及周围组织、前列腺、精囊、下端输尿管的下半膀胱的方法为8例患者(年龄28～57岁)施行手术。
